Our ultra-light, high-performance Luxsiol photovoltaic system won an award for its zinc roofing version: its EasyGrip fastener, developed with Velcro Companies, withstands winds of up to 280 km/h, and enables adhesion and absorption of zinc expansion without risk of roof damage.
The panel is full black to comply with the recommendations of the Architectes des Bâtiments de France.
The potential is enormous: in France, the surface area of zinc roofs is considerable, particularly in Paris where around 70% of roofs are covered in this material, representing almost 22 million square metres.
The Mondial du Bâtiment Innovation Awards highlight the innovative solutions offered by exhibitors at Batimat, Idéobain and Interclima.

The winners were selected by a jury of journalists from the trade press, and announced on Tuesday, July 2. The Awards will be presented at a ceremony during the Batimat trade show, which runs from September 30 to October 3 in Paris.
