Engineering
Our CréaWatt Engineering subsidiary designs your solar projects. Our design office is on hand to study and quote the most appropriate solution for your project. With 18 years' experience in the photovoltaic sector, we are able to meet our customers' needs in terms of both self-consumption and resale of solar-generated electricity.
After a visit to the solar project by our sales teams, our design office, made up of engineers and technical consultants, carries out various studies and profitability simulations. Depending on the specifications and technical constraints, they propose the most appropriate solution in terms of sizing, choice of equipment and profitability calculations.
Manufacturing
Our CréaWatt Fabrick' factory , currently based in Amilly, Loiret, is ideally located at the heart of a dense network suitable for road transport.
Our 14,000 m² industrial site assembles the Luxsiol lightweight photovoltaic module and the Syrae aerovoltaic solution.
Our production site is equipped with:
- 3 automated gluing lines with a production capacity of 375 Megawatts per year,
- a Flashtest, to guarantee the energy output of manufactured panels,
- a manual gluing line, for specific products,
- a wiring workshop and preparation of electrical shelters,
- a sheet metal shaping workshop,
- 4,000 m² of component stock.
Our industrial site has considerable capacity for development and growth, with a surface area of 5 hectares, including a land reserve of 3 hectares, for future projects: in order to increase our production capacities, a new automated line will soon reinforce our current line.
Logistics
Our manufacturing unit receives, assembles and stores the various supplies for our job sites. Our logistics warehouse holds large stocks. Supported by our distributors' off-site stocks, we can deliver large volumes of our solar panels quickly to any location in France.
