New brand, expansion

Baudin Chateauneuf acquired a stake, CréaWatt Group' brand created and new 14,000 m² site moved to Amilly (Loiret).

Jean-Noël Gaine

Founder

After 18 years' experience as a photovoltaic installer, Jean-Noel Gaine started assembling panels on his own in his garage. He added a Velcro fastening system, the idea of which came to him... while changing his daughter's diaper! and a glue for which he was one of only two people to know the recipe...
