CréaWatt Le Lab', our in-house Research and Development department, is constantly on the lookout for the technologies that will shape tomorrow's solar energy.
Insertion
Our team of 48 employees covers a wide range of backgrounds and professions. Each and every one of them can find their place and progress within the company to realize their professional and life projects.
In partnership with CAP Emplois, 6 disabled employees have joined our production line.
We are also heavily involved in professional reintegration to help individuals return to work: 50 inmates from the Saran prison (Loiret) work for CréaWatt in 3 workshops equipped by us.
Proximity
Convinced that the greatest successes are achieved collectively, we strive to build relationships based on trust and proximity with our local communities, our customers and our partners.
Liability
We're convinced that we need to change our business model, and that everyone can play a part: involved in renewable energies for 18 years, our corporate project is to relocate the photovoltaic industry in France while reducing the carbon impact of our modules, by producing the entire Luxsiol module with European cells. We have obtained Certisolis carbon certification for 2022.
